Our sister company, Zachland LLC, provides Estate Transition Services to help turn unwanted or unused personal property into cash.  The process starts with a free in-home analysis of items to be sold and an estimate of the costs to inventory, package and transport your valuables.  Our marketing efforts consist of selling some of your items through a local or national auction service, and marketing specific items for sale privately from our warehouse.
A percentage fee is charged after each item is sold and the net proceeds are paid to you.
Items of lesser value can be itemized and donated to a favorite charity or hauled away by a professional debris remover at your request.
